Are wasps evil since they hang around pubs and get into fights?

Heeeelarious! I had a friend who had a Rottweiler who begged for beer at keggers. People would pour brewskis down his gullet and within a half hour or so, he would be picking a fight with any other dogs at the party. That dog liked to drink and get rowdeeee!
